Daniel Molloy
Daniel was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He graduated from Doniphan High School in Doniphan, Missouri. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri in 2002.
Daniel graduated from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2006. He was a member of the UMKC Law Review and had an article published in the UMKC Law Review entitled “Missouri Concealed Carry and Schools.”
During law school, Daniel clerked for the Prosecuting Attorney of Ripley County, Missouri and clerked for the firm of Schlee, Huber, McMullen and Krause in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from law school, Daniel practiced for three years at Hyde, Love and Overby in Springfield, Missouri.
Daniel is admitted to practice in Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
Daniel specializes in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and products liability.
