How do I know if I need a lawyer?
Call us and find out. We will give you a free consultation over the telephone or arrange to meet with you to discuss your case.

How much will I have to pay for you to represent me?
You pay nothing unless we obtain a recovery for you. We work on a contingent fee basis which means that our fee will be a percentage of any settlement or verdict. In addition, we will pay all reasonably necessary litigation expenses incurred in your case; these expenses will be reimbursed to us out of any recovery obtained. In the event there is no recovery, you will not owe or be responsible for any attorney's fee or expenses which we incurred.

What if I can't come to your office?
We will meet with you at your home, hospital or other convenient location.
